  1. Security forces should end all type of violence including abductions.
  2. Everyone who was detained in connection with the protests should be unconditionally released.
  3. Survivors should have free healthcare in public health services.
  4. Families who lost their loved ones during protests to be compensated with  200,000 MZN (~3,000 USD).
  5. Tolls should remain free until 27 April (tolls in bad roads should be completely removed until problems in the roads are solved).
  6. Water should be free in the next 3 months.
  7. Cement should be no more than 300 MZN (~5 USD) per sack (he argued that cement in Eswathine can’t be less expensive than in Mozambique, where Eswathine imports from).
  8. Illicit charges in the public sector must end, including police officers who illegally charge private transporters, truck drivers etc.
  9. VAT exemption for basic products like fish, oil, soup etc.
